How to Request a Refund
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note:
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within chefsaherathreats business days after we receive the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Shipping Charges: Refunds will be issued for the price of the product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).
Restocking Fee: In some cases, we may charge a restocking fee for returned items. This fee will be disclosed when you initiate your return request.
