ServSafe Training & Certification

As a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Registered Examination Proctor, I offer 1- or 2-day ServSafe Manager Training sessions for food service teams, either at your location or a local venue. Each class is designed to prepare managers for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam, which I also proctor.

Training covers all essential food safety and sanitation topics—from food handling and storage to allergen awareness and HACCP principles. Through engaging lectures, videos, hands-on
activities, and discussions, students gain the knowledge and confidence to prevent foodborne illness and maintain a safe operation.

All participants receive course materials and textbooks upon registration. Allergy Awareness certification (required in Massachusetts) is also included via video presentation, with a small
additional fee for the certificate.
