Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow our return process to receive a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.

Sale or Clearance Items

Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for a refund unless the item is defective or damaged. Please check the product description and sale terms before making your purchase.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@chefsaherathreats.com. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.

International Orders

For international orders, the refund will be issued in the same currency as the original order, but please note that additional international fees (such as customs duties, taxes, or currency conversion fees) may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
